If your drawings or sketches are ready, our sales team and engineers can also prepare 2-3 design options for your approval, free of charge, so you can compare directions before confirming an order.
Can I order samples before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are free of charge. You only pay the international shipping cost. This lets you check colour accuracy, surface texture and finish before committing to a bulk order. For custom orders we also include a pre-production sample approval step, so the materials used in production stay consistent with the approved sample.
Which shipping terms and documents do you handle?
We support FOB Foshan or Guangzhou, CIF and EXW, and door-to-door delivery is available for some countries. Sea freight typically takes 15-45 days depending on the destination port, and air freight for samples or urgent small orders arrives in 5-10 business days. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
